Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in the country where you live. Viewing and creating adult content must be legal for you where you are. By using the Services you confirm that you meet these requirements.

We may suspend or close any account that we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

2. The Services

Nudifier.AI provides artificial-intelligence tools that generate and edit images and short videos from photos you upload and from text prompts, including adult (18+) transformations such as clothes removal, and animated video scenarios.

Results are created automatically by machine-learning models. They are synthetic images, not photographs of reality, and they may be inaccurate. We may change, add or remove features, models and the number of credits an action costs.

3. Accounts

You can use the Services with your Telegram account (in our bots or through Telegram sign-in on the website) or with an account created on the website. You are responsible for all activity in your account and for keeping access to it secure.

An account is personal. You may not sell, rent or transfer your account or its credits.

4. Acceptable use and consent

You may upload only images you have the right to use, and only images of adults who have given their explicit consent to the processing you request. You must not:

• upload, request or create any image of a person who is, or appears to be, under 18 years old;
• upload images of a real person without that person’s consent, or use any result to harass, blackmail, shame, defame, impersonate or sexually exploit anyone;
• publish, send or otherwise share a generated image of a real, identifiable person without that person’s consent;
• create content that is illegal where you or the person depicted live, including non-consensual intimate imagery, or content depicting sexual violence or bestiality;
• present generated content as real, or use it for fraud, extortion or deception;
• bypass our filters, limits or payments, access the Services by automated means without our permission, or resell access to the Services.

We use automated filters and may review content to enforce these rules. If you break them we may delete the content and suspend or close your account without a refund. Content involving minors is removed immediately, and we may report it to the competent authorities.

5. Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in the images you upload and in the results you create, subject to the rights of other people, including the people depicted. You are solely responsible for what you upload and for how you use the results.

You give us a limited licence to store and process your uploads and results only as needed to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish your images or results unless you share them yourself through a sharing feature.

6. Credits, prices and payment

Paid features are used with credits. You can buy one-time credit packs or a subscription with a monthly credit allowance. Current prices are listed in US dollars on our Pricing page.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Telegram Stars, inside Telegram. The price in Stars is shown before you pay.
• Cryptocurrency, through our payment provider Trybit (formerly CryptoCloud). The invoice shows the exact amount, the network and any network or transfer fees.

Credits are added to your account automatically once the payment is confirmed; for cryptocurrency this happens after the network confirms the transaction. Free credits granted at sign-up or in promotions have no cash value.

Credits are a prepaid right to use the Services, not money. They cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash, except for refunds under our Payment and Refund Policy. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a purchase you have already paid for.

7. Subscriptions

Monthly plans paid with Telegram Stars renew automatically every 30 days until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan and its credits stay available until the end of the period you have paid for.

Annual plans are paid once for 12 months and do not renew automatically. Plans paid with cryptocurrency do not renew automatically either.

The monthly credit allowance resets at the start of each period. Unused credits carry over only where the plan description says so.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Payment and Refund Policy.

9. Our intellectual property

The Services, including the software, models, design, texts and the Nudifier.AI name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the Services in line with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute any part of the Services.

10. Third-party services

Parts of the Services rely on third parties, such as Telegram and our payment providers. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect other users or the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available, but they may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services.

13. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us during the six months before the claim arose.

Some laws do not allow these limitations. If such laws apply to you, some of the limitations above may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the content you upload, the results you create and share, or your breach of these Terms, including claims by people depicted in your images.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date. If you keep using the Services after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
